《刺客教條：梟雄》設定在“維多利亞時代倫敦”，該作將由育碧Quebec打造，非蒙特利爾，遊戲採用最新版Anvil引擎，引入新武器爪鉤，可隨意探尋房屋，暗殺等，擁有華麗的電影化戰鬥與一氣呵成的遊戲設計。本作的男主角名為弗萊，他將被捲入維多利亞女王統治下的罪惡倫敦，並和他的妹妹一起並肩作戰，來試圖恢復和平與寧靜。
