　　完成Nero/Dante Game的Dante Must Die會解除Super Nero、Super Dante

　　完成Vergil Game的Dante Must Die會解除Super Vergil

　　完成Lady/Trish Game的Dante Must Die並不會解除任何東西，本作女角色並沒有超級角色

EX服裝

　　於謝幕畫面擊殺20個敵人可以解鎖對應的EX服裝

　　Nero/Dante：解鎖Nero、Dante的EX服裝

　　Vergil：解鎖Vergil的EX服裝

　　Lady/Triash：依照謝幕時操作的人物決定，Mission 20的評價為S、A則操作Lady，B、C則操作Trish

額外片尾動畫

　　於謝幕畫面擊殺40個敵人會解除額外片尾動畫
